40th Anniversary Volunteer Form

  Please let us know how you would like to help:

 [  ]  I want to join the 40th Anniversary Steering Committee
          (Attend monthly meetings, share ideas/advice, help as needed.)

 [  ]  I will help organize our 40th Anniversary Members' Bash  (Summer 2008).
          (Get out invitations, plan food, entertainment, decorations, presentations,
             etc…)

[  ]  I will help organize the 40 Years of Art Fashion Show and Auction (Fall 2008) 
        (Help plan, find clothes and models, organize food, seek donations for
             auction, etc... )

[  ]  I can work on a video documenting the history of the Art Alliance
        (Interview founding members, use old photos, newsletters, etc… )

[  ]  I'd like to host a House Party  (Throughout 2008)
       (These can be casual, a gathering of your friends and Art Alliance
         members, from, say, 3-6 pm on a weekend afternoon for finger food and
         conversation. If you know a musician who might play, all the better. We can
         ask for a $20 or $25 donation per person and an Art Alliance staff or board
         member can give a brief presentation.)
